The Future Students office will be closed while our team takes part in training to deepen our knowledge of current and new programs, so we can better support future students considering TRU.
During this time:
- Walk-in support will not be available, please visit Enrolment Service in Old Main.
- Email responses may be delayed.
- Live chat will be unavailable.
- Phone service will be limited: for immediate help, please call Enrolment Services at 250-828-7000
- Appointments for prospective students will not be available, unless already booked.
Renovation Notice
Starting Wednesday, August 13, renovations will begin to expand the Future Students Office – Welcome Centre to create a more functional reception area and add a dedicated presentation space to better host school groups and campus visitors.

Anticipated completion is early September.
During the renovation and outside of the planned closures, access to the Future Students Office will be temporarily rerouted through Entry 2, which is located to the left of our main entrance, near the centre of the building. Please look for directional signage when you arrive.
